Pork hock: Water, pork hock, onion, clove, salt and pepper
Sauce: Pork hock broth, grilled flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper

Oven: Preheat the oven at 350F. Remove the lid and place the product on a cookie sheet. Thawed out: 25 to 40 minutes, Frozen: 45 to 60 minutes.
Microwave: Thawed out: 6 to 8 minutes, Frozen: 10 to 15 minutes.
Family size
Preheat the oven at 365F. Thawed out: 65 to 80 minutes. Frozen: 2 hours.
